Nursing Norway is part of a collaborative training and placement initiative with Focus Care, Total Personal Organization (TPO) and NLB Healthcare. The initiative is designed to address Norway’s growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals by facilitating the ethical recruitment of qualified Indian nurses. The program follows a structured two-phase pathway: nurses complete an EU-recognized bridge program and undergo intensive Norwegian language training up to B2 level. This comprehensive approach ensures compliance with national licensing requirements and supports successful integration into Norway’s healthcare system.
Through its association with World Trade Center Pune, the program ensures ethical recruitment, local support and structured placement of Indian nurses across public healthcare centers in Norway.
Nursing Norway’s services include:
1. Norwegian language training up to B2 level delivered through certified online modules with instructor-led sessions
2. EU-approved 12-month nursing bridge program offered by a Lithuanian university to fulfill licensing criteria in Norway
3. Structured job placements in hospitals, eldercare homes, home care services and school healthcare systems across Norway
4. Complete support for visa processing, relocation logistics, family immigration guidance and long-term integration in Norway
