World Trade Center Pune and SNDT Women’s College, Pune have entered into a formal partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a collaborative journey. The MoU was signed in the esteemed presence of Dr. Bharat Vhankate, Principal – SNDT College Pune and Mr. Niraj Khinvasara, Executive Director – WTC Pune. SNDT Women’s College is India’s largest women-only university, with 381 affiliated colleges and over 50,000 girls enrolled nationwide, including more than 5,000 students at its Pune campus. As part of this partnership, World Trade Center Pune will provide training on a Sustainability Certification Program aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), Drone Technology—including DGCA-certified drone pilot training—and a Scenario-Based Supply Chain Management program. These emerging technologies and courses aim to equip SNDT students with valuable skills and knowledge for the careers of tomorrow. Additionally, both institutions are exploring the possibility of establishing a Center of Excellence (COE) to foster innovation and advanced research in these key areas. Additionally, on behalf of our partner Nirantara, Capt. VINOD NAIR and Dr. Ram Konale were present to witness the MoU signing.
